Where did they move to_
Lars Pehrsson and Stina Larsdotter move into Björkviks, Södermanland, Sweden in 1807. I think the record says they are moving out in 1809 but I am unsure where they are moving to. Will you please help me find them again?

It could be Lännäs parish, Örebrö county. There are household records for that parish starting in 1762 but, unfortunately, move-in records don't start until 1860.

Is there a good tutorial for using sok.riksarkivet.se ? I have tried using it before and always get turned around.
I have lost the family again as the moved into Västra Vingåkers. Since there are 4 books in that time period going page by page doesn't work very well. They moved in 1814. How can I go about finding them?
