I need help translating the bottom of a family book record in Ulm.

The bottom of this record refers to an illegitimate child, am I right? Can you translate that whole message? Also the right bottom corner, I would love knowing what is written there. Thank you!

    Yes the child is illegitimate.

    Translation:

    Illegitimate son of the daughter Dorothea:

    [born] 10 July 1893 in Tübingen

    baptized 13 July 1893 in Tübingen

    The note in the lower right corner is boilerplate language for attesting to the accuracy of the information. If you look at the pages on either side of this page you will see essentially the same statement in the lower right corner of most pages.

    Here is what it says on this page:

    The faithfulness of the extract is attested Ulm on the {date is blank and year is only written as "18--"], Kingdom of Württemberg: Evangelical City Parish Office.

    [the statement is not signed}

    Thank you so much. I thought the writing in the corner looked too neat and precise to be hand writing!
