Handout from "Nordic Paleography: Understanding Common Abbreviations and Symbols"

Hello, back on January 9 I listened on Zoom to the "Nordic Paleography: Understanding Common Abbreviations and Symbols" class. I remember the instructor said something about how the info would be available on her Instagram page but (I am so sorry to admit this) I can no longer remember the instructor's name. And there's a lot of people on Instagram so even if I could remember it might be hard to find the right person. Anyway, any help would be appreciated. Having a "cheat sheet" of common abbreviations on Swedish records could really help me out.
