Danish probates - questions
This is one of my first attempts at interpreting a probate. It's for the brother in law of one of my ancestors. I found his death record, which was a good 27 months before the date of the probate record. I've figured out the deceased is Jørgen Christophersen of Ludserød (in Blovstrød parish), widow is Ludsie (Lutsie) Nielsdatter (sister of my ancestor), they had one child Christopher Jørgensen age 3. Ludsie was by then, 1736, engaged to Christen Laursen.
Here's my 1st question: It lists a "morbroder" (mother's brother) Niels Nielsen of Kajerød who is appointed as guardian for the interests of the child, I presume. So, is he the widow's uncle or the child's?
2nd question: I can't figure out the word after the deceased name ... ? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
3rd question: That far back, did they tend to use 'hendes' to mean 'his' as well as 'hers'?

the guardian is the child's mother's brother making him Ludsie's brother. I'm not sure what that word is. Hendes only means hers never his.
