Hello @Sue Ott
Great question. That is for Maria Flatley 9JXX-X6B? Her daughters.
I'm checking it out.
OK. It seems a bit odd. Right?
Do think that Margaret Theresa Brown G4W4-LYY might be the same as
Margaret Ila Brown 9JXF-Q5G.
Their birth years are the same.
One is a month older than the other. Same birth place.
I found this on ancestry.com
Name:Margaret Brown G4W4-LYY
Gender:Female
Christening Date:6 Oct 1892
Christening Place:Saint Mary-catholic, Plainfield, Union, New Jersey
Father:Thomas Brown
Mother:Maria Flatley
FHL Film Number:1468650
And this for
Name: Margaret Ila Brown
Gender:Female
Christening Date:27 Nov 1892Christening Place:Saint Mary-catholic, Plainfield, Union, New Jersey
Father:Thomas Brown
Mother:Maria Flatley
FHL Film Number:1468650
So there may have been a error in indexing or an error in the record. It shows the correct parents for both.
I'm going to look up the Film Numbers. They are just images. You would have to go through them.
Findagrave has Margaret T Hickey married to William Joseph Hickey. https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/135554222/margaret-t-hickey
MyHeritage only shows Margaret Ila Brown. And a different Margaret Teresa Brown. No sources other than the birth you have.
Ancestry is showing Margaret (Moth or Mozzie) Teresa Brown. Nothing other than the birth you have.
So, I have sort of reach my limit of research.
I'm going to tag some groups that may be able to help.
@United States Genealogy Research
Here is a facebook.com site that may be able to help.

'FamilySearch' DOES NOT want YOU to ADD another Spouse / Husband ...
.
The reason that she appears below with NO Spouse / Husband and two (x2) Children (ie. the x2 Margarets') is that the. Spouse / Husband; and, Father. of "Thomam BROWN" ( MFZX-6SV ) was "Deleted"/"Removed" from the "Parent-Child" Relationships for those x2 Margarets'; and, did not get "Replaced" with that "Thomas T. BROWN" (9JXX-X62 ) - in fact, it was you that did that - take a look at the "ChangeLogs" for those individuals/persons.

Good day. FS does not want you to add another spouse. It appears that a merge was done and the information was brought over. The resolution is to remove the children from the Add a spouse and this will go away.

Thanks for the tip! It was a bit of work to identify which child was the culprit, but it finally worked. Thanks again.

Thank you so much for your assistance! Margaret Theresa Brown (Sep or Oct 1892) was my grandmother & I knew her well. Her birth records were supposedly lost by fire in New Jersey, but her St. Mary's christening records exist. My mom confirms the siblings she remembered growing up as: John Thomas, Catherine & Elizabeth Marie.
I'm still trying to figure out 2 christenings assigned to my great grandparents that are a mystery: Margaret Ila Brown & Mary A. Brown. I'm wondering if they were born to a different set of parents with the same name or if they were still births. Still investigating these...

Hi Brett, thanks for your input! I hadn't been in Family Search for quite awhile and, obviously, I had forgotten how to properly use the tool. After some practice (pain), I think I've got the relationships in my section of the tree cleaned up now. Still researching Margaret Ila & Mary A. Brown though - they are a mystery.
Happy Holidays!
