Help with Danish copyhold record
I am interested in the copyhold record for my ancestor Niels Christensen Boesen, it's on the right side of the page: https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?epid=21028014#331219,66606565 . He was from the parish of Sennels in Thisted county, this copyholder record is for Ullerup gods. I'm just wondering if this gives anything more about him, I'm guessing no, but I also can't read it very well, so any help is appreciated. Thanks!

This is really hard to read but yes there is some important information here. The easy part is that he is contracting the farm previously used by Christen Jonasen who has moved away or been evicted. They do not appear to be related. The hard and far more important part is that he actually originates from Oddersbøl gods, not Ullerup.
It is hard for me to tell if it is saying he was evicted from Oddersbol estate and then served as a soldier for 10 years of if he was a domestic servant to a soldier for 10 years. I think the former is more likely. It is also unclear if he ever actually had a copyhold in Oddersbol or just that he was born there.
The copyhold does not say he was born in Sennels and it sounds like he was not. It is imperative that you look at the probate and copyhold records of Oddersbøl. Copyholds begin in 1752 and probates in 1759. https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/results?count=20&query=+keywords:oddersbøl.

Tanner, thanks so much! His marriage record a couple of years earlier actually mentions he's a soldier and was living in Oddersbol at the time, so knowing this additional information really helps me to know more of the story. Thanks!
