Where to find records from lombardy Italy from the 1400s?

That time frame is going to be only church records or notarial documents, and generally only for the very important people; church recording of all baptisms / marriages / deaths really didn't become common until after the Council of Trent in the mid 1500s. In any event you'll really need to narrow down your search as Lombardy is a large region; records are very localized in general; you might sometimes find some very important documents on the websites of the provincial archives but most likely you would need to conduct research on-site.
