Estate records for Birkerød parish - Denmark
I'm looking for the records for all who owned estates in Birkerød parish, Lynge-Kronborg district in Frederiksborg amt. There is just a listing in the FS catalog for one estate. Were there others?
In particular, I'm looking for a fæstekontrakt (hope I have that right) for Hans Larsen Krog born 1707 (LCQW-38L) of Kajerød village.
There was a military installation in that area, so the farm might have been military land?

Almost every farm in Fredericksborg county was owned by the king. The 1688 land survey lists every farm in the country and who owns them and who rents them. You can find that in the catalog under the old counties and the key words matrikler 1688. Or I can send you the link when I get home.

I do not see Kajerød listed but almost every farm is owned by the king so I would assume it was the same for Kajerød

For land owned by the king, their copyholds and probates would be recorded by the amtstue. The amtstue was Kronborg 1700-1730 and then Hørsholm after that. In this case it looks like they are available starting in 1741, but it looks like you might have probates as early as 1649. I havent clicked around to see what is in each collection specifically.
Kronborg Amtstue
Hørsholm Amtstue

So in this survey, the columns with numbers in them look to be not relevant, is that a correct assumption? Or are those 3 digit numbers something important?
BTW, I think I found Kajerød on image 193 spelled Kayerød, but no Hans.

Those numbers measure the productivity of the land for taxation purposes. The biggest unit is the left most one and the rightmost one is the smallest.
