The columns to the right of the Lebensjahre columns are Months and Days which indicate the number of months and days a person lived.
Notice in the first entry that the person lived 5 months and 21 days.
Notice the other columns in this entry: The person is Catholic and there's a dot in the Protestant column; the person is female and there's a dot in the male column.
Essentially the dot here means that the column is blank or contains no information. That is how this particular scribe chose to indicate blanks: with a dot. A different scribe might simply leave these columns blank.

The two columns to the right of "Lebensjahre" are for months and days. The dot means the column was intentionally left blank. Yes, in this case if the "Lebensjahre" column has a dot, then the months and/or days column should have something in it indicating that the person who died was under 1 year of age.
