Lecture on Census Records in Denmark in Wiki-Familysearch is unusable
I just went over to Wiki on familysearch to take one of the courses on Danish census records. I could hear the audio just fine but the graphics were absolutely unreadable. She was going through how to access the Danish website for census records. I could not read any of the graphics on my computer. Even when I brought them up as big as possible they were fuzzy at best. I believe the lecturer was Naomi NewBold? I think the name of the website was SA.DK/ao but not sure about that because I could not read it. Any suggestions? I have lots of research to do in Denmark census records but I need some help figuring the website and the words. Thanks Ira

The class you are referring to was created in 2014. It was recorded on poor quality and that is why it is blurry. It is on our list of classes to update, but we have not gotten to that one yet.
If you want to schedule a live consultation we can show you the website live. On sa.dk you need to pick the county and parish and then read through each entry page by page. Some other providers allow you to search through the records quicker and easier.

Thanks Tanner, That would be helpful. Where do I go to schedule a consultation.
What I need is a dictionary of the different entry boxes. Rather than go through google translate for all of that maybe you could have one of the missionaries make a quick lookup list. I looked for one but couldn't find it. With the library closed I'm kind of ham strung right now in figuring all of this out. Just a suggestion of course. I've don't plenty of research in different countries and once you understand the few things they want, then it is relatively easy to use the thing and with a little practice they can be quite useful.
Thanks for the resources. Very helpful. Ira
