How do I: 1. find birth, marriage, death records in Stockholm, Sweden?; 2. search passenger records
I have a copy of a Stockholm baptismal record but none of my searches confirm its information, circa 1865.

Here is the page in the FamilySearch Wiki about Swedish online records. The overall place to go is Riksarkivet, which is the national archive. But the records for the place you are looking for may be available at no expense through some other source listed. Remember that Stockholm is a big city, so there will probably be several parishes within and around the city. You could definitely submit the details of the record that you have to the Nordic Countries Research group and someone there can probably help you locate exactly which parish records you should look in.

There are a couple of ways to search in Stockholm. One of them is this site, but it is only useful for records between 1878 and 1926 in Stockholm: https://sok.stadsarkivet.stockholm.se/Rotemannen2012/Search.aspx .
If you have access to Myheritage, you can search the Household Examination records by name and birth date. If you don't know anything about Household Examination records check out this article in the Family Search Wiki: https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Sweden_Household_Examination_Records_(Husförhörslängder) .
As @Anne LoForte Willson mentioned, if you can give us some details about what you are looking for, we may be able to help better.
