Date of the birth of Tellef son of Iver Tellefson and Guro Olsdatter
I think the date is given in festival day, but I don't know what the date is. Probably the date is the baptism date? Also, what is the word after the mother's name - is it a farm name? And are the other names the names of the sponsors/witnesses?

The christening/baptism date is Fastelavnsøndag which is also Quinquagesima, Esto mihi which is 26 February in 1797. See here for 1797 feast days: https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Norway:_Moveable_Feast_Days_in_1797 .
The word after the mother's name is probably a farm. It looks like Tvadt, but I can't find a farm by that name. It could be something that sounds similar.
The word before the other names is fadd(ere)-christening witnesses, godparents. See the Norwegian wordlist here: https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Norwegian_Genealogical_Word_List

I was able to find the family in the 1801 census. Under "Rural Residence" on the right side of the page it has "Tvedt ved Aas", which means "Tvedt at Ås". There is a farm Aas (Ås) in Vegusdal parish which is a neighboring parish to Herefoss. Tvedt (probably the "Tvadt" in the christening record, must be a residence on that farm. See here for that census record: https://www.digitalarkivet.no/en/census/person/pf01058330002648 .
