One more, darn, I thought I was done with questions. Jakobine Marie Petersdatter LK9Z-1TB has a pos
In family search there is a source listed, that has her birth as 3 March 1855, and a christening of 3 June 1855. Yet her possible duplicate has the same parents, and county, in Norway, and has her birth date as 19 March 1955, with the christening of 3 June 1855. The differences are the municipality of Skodje for my record, and Borgund for the possible duplicate. Many of this family's children were christened in Borgund.
I found this record in Skodje date 19 March 1855, christening 3 June 1855

I found this other record in Borgund Parish/Skodje Local Parish date 3 March 1855, Christening
3 June 1855

So does anyone have an idea on which is her correct birth date. Is one record a copy of the other? Or are they from different sources?
Your help is much appreciated. Thanks

The date that has 3 March 1855 as her birth is the minister's book and the book with the date of 19 March 1855 is the Clerk's copy. I looked at her confirmation record and it has her birth as 3 March 1855 and christening date as 6 March 1855 which matches the minister's book. They are the same person and those are the dates I would put down. That confirmation record is here (entry #9): https://media.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/6443/86 .

BTW, while looking for more information about Jacobine Marie Jacobsdatter, I came across her marriage to Peter Karl Nilsen on 9 June 1878. The indexed record is here: https://www.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/327/pv00000007405369 and the actual marriage record is here (entry #6): https://media.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/6443/125 .

Thank you, this was going to be my next step, to find a confirmation record. I think my brain had stopped at this point. I had been doing genealogy for several hours. 😂
I appreciate your support and input. Thanks.

Oh my goodness, thanks so much. In my brain fog earlier, I didn’t realize that my message had the wrong last name for her. Thanks so much for finding this marriage record. You surely do go the extra mile. Thanks again for all you do. I appreciate you!
