I only have time to answer this one for now-if I can, I will try to get to the others, or someone else may be able to do that.
Karl Skotte died 24 May 1900. That death record is here: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/00123451_00034#?c=&m=&s=&cv=33&xywh=-377,1466,4696,2372 .
The reason I know that this is the correct person is that the death record indicates he is on page 721 in the household records. Looking at page 721 you find this record: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/00123319_00023#?c=&m=&s=&cv=22&xywh=-227,685,5885,3093 indicating that Karl Skotte is married to Greta Sofia Grip with a daughter, Emma, still living with them, so it must be the same family. The household record gives Karl's birthdate as 18 Nov 1824, so you may want to correct the 1815 date that you have.
It gives his birth parish as Väsby, Malmöhus. That record is here (second entry from the top): https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0070429_00120#?c=&m=&s=&cv=119&xywh=2949,68,2969,1594 . He is an illegitimate son of Sophia Wensell(?). No father is mentioned in the birth record.

Emma Skotte, b. 15 June 1856:
Died 17 January 1937 in Höganäs, Malmöhus, Sweden. The Swedish Deathbook 1860-2017 reports she was "Ogift kvinna" (an unmarried woman) at the time of her death.
Matilda Skotte, b. 20 August 1864:
Died 1 February 1865 in Höganas
This Household Record (from MyHeritage) indicates that Johanna Skotte b. 20 Sept. 1853 and her husband, Johan August Johansson went to America in 1919 (#298) : https://www.myheritage.com/research/record-10180-54991686/johanna-skotte-in-sweden-household-examination-books#fullscreen . Looking at the Move-out records for Höganäs, they actually left on 4 July 1919.
If you don't have access to MyHeritage you can find them in SVAR here: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/00123321_00161#?c=&m=&s=&cv=160&xywh=15%2C1079%2C1936%2C1925 . You will probably have to create an account to view this record, but there is no charge.

Thank your for your help with this. My grand mother was born in Sweden and after time in Southshields Durham UK ( where my mother was born) came to New Zealand. My grand mother was a darling, as a child I loved her so much. Always wanted to trace my Swedish ancestors. Thanks again. Cheers David

Yep, sorry that is something I can't really help with. I don't get into that very often. You could try posting it in https://community.familysearch.org/s/group/0F93A000000LfVzSAK/communityfamilysearchorg-feedback . There are some questions similar to the one you are asking about. Good luck!!
