Thank you, I thought that the Father’s name might be Poulson, but wasn’t sure, and I had no idea on the Mother. Thank you so much! I appreciate your support and knowledge!

Tanner, did you happen to also look the the original Parish record that I linked with the copy. The Original seems to have a different mother's name, than the copy, as well as a different Farm name. Perhaps the original is written in an older version of Norwegian, of a different dialect than the copy was. Perhaps the mom's name is the same and the farm name is the same, I just don't know enough to tell. In the Original Martinus Britanus is entry #135, in the copy he is #142 as I mentioned above. What do you think?

Also can you dicipher the farm name please?

    Thanks in advance

Yes I looked at both copies, the handwriting is a little different, but the name is Helene Pedersdatter on both and the farm name is also consistent. The farm is spelled Törlen. The modern spelling is Tørlen.

Thanks you so much! This means a lot to me. This family has been a bit difficult for me to research. I started a couple of years ago and stopped because, the records hadn't been added to the Norwegian Digital archives yet, or I just couldn't seem to find them. Possibly because it was even harder for me to even figure out this priest's handwriting. I really appreciate your help on this one. Thanks a ton!
