Another good 'Question' is, 'how long is a piece of string'? ...

In other words, without 'Context' ... that is impossible to 'Answer'.

[ ie. a time period/frame (even a Range); and/or, a location (even just a Country) ]

There will be countless "Ann JACKSON's" throughout the "British" Isles and former Empire ...

[ eg. the, Countries; Provinces; Protectorates; ETC; Etc, etc ]

Josephine - just to be absolutely clear, all we can see is a "question" of yours that says "When and where Ann Jackson lived and died."

 

As Brett says - nothing for us to go on. Now, when you wrote the question., it might have been obvious which Ann Jackson you were talking about - but we've lost all visibility of that "obviousness". Sorry...
