Is anyone else having trouble with downloading a list of e-mails to Excel of members in the Stake?
For the last 2 months, I have not been able to download a list of Indexers e-mails. I use this to send out information each month with a quote about indexing, along with Stake data for indexing. I get a message on Excel that the "File is Corrupt". Help...

Hello Janet,
I don't use Excel, but I know when something doesn't work on my computer I delete cookies on my search engine. That is if the Excel in in a program on a website. If it is on your computer, I'm not sure. I don't know what system you are using, but if you google "delete cookies" you will get information for any platform.
Here's hoping.

Thank you for the suggestions.
I think it is a little more than cookie issues!

3-4 years ago I created an e-mail account for the stake and a list of Indexers. I was able to maintain it until Indexing changed the Reports feature last March. Now I just have to rely on members on the contacts list to let me know when they leave the stake. When a new Indexer shows up in Organization Statistics/Contributors, I add their e-mail to my stake indexing e-mail account. I also have Community Volunteers (Other) on this e-mail contacts list.

I have been able to create a new list every month until Sept 1, 2020. I don't have time to track new people and those that move out of our stake. I wish someone from FamilySearch would reply to my issue. Any suggestions on what I have to do to make this happen?
