The real question is, are you infringing (ie. going against) 'Copyright' if you do so - that is the question!?

@Ginger Barth​, great question! One thing that I would suggest is not to copy the picture unless you have rights to that picture (you will need to check the legal terms on FindaGrave for that). What you could do is go to the person on FamilySearch, click "Sources," and add a source. Then you can title the source and put the FindaGrave URL for reference. That way, you can link the person in your family tree to the page. I hope that helps. There may be other options as well...
