Profile picture won't load

I'm trying to add a photo to my profile. IT just rolls to previous screen. I had a profile picture I'm almost positive. ​

Just thinking out aloud here ...

Firstly, the "Image" (ie. Photograph) must be a, JPG; or, GIF; or, PNG, file with a MAXIMUM file size is 16 MB (ie. Megabytes).

Secondly, have you tried "Refreshing" the page/screen - sometimes a "Refresh" seems to work, to 'clear away the cobwebs', so to speak ...

.
