Household Record help

I have a few questions regarding the record below (Stora Mellösa, Örebro, A1:13a,1816-1820, p. 239) that I hope will help solve the issue that I don't see Kerstin Nilsdotter or her children in the subsequent 1821-1825 record at Åkerby; yet, it doesn't look like she died or moved.

1) what does the pound sign and word above Kerstin's name mean?

2) What are the words on the line above Kerstin's name? (Is it a person or referring to a child- "Barn")?

3) What do the notes on the far right mean- something about the farmer Jonas and Nils Larsdotter in Åkerby? There were similar notes in the record before.Kerstin Nilsdotter

    1. # modr. means that she is a mother of Nils Jansson (there is also # after Nils Jansson name)
    2. Skatte äga (most likely) Omyndiga Barn means under age children of owner who pays taxes.
    3. Guardians Jonas and Nils Lars sons in Åkerby, this refers to widow and her under age children, they had a guardian(s) who took care of them, money, property, etc.

Thank you! Is the guardianship something that would have a legal/written contract that could be found in the archives?
