Yes, oäkta means **** or illegitimate (a little nicer way to say).
Word before Bengt is Arbetaren which means worker.
88 after Brita Jakobsdotter most likely means the birth year of the mother 1788/1888. This I cannot say more because the missing source information and reference what else is written on that record.
