Is the FamilySearch phone disabled?

According to the FamilySearch support site, their hours today (holiday) are 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. I'm presuming that's MDT (Salt Lake), which would still be 8pm CDT and therefore closed when you called at 8:15.

@Caryl Caryl What you listed for the support hours is Mountain Time Zone. Be aware that those hours are NOT necessarily the same hours someone will see if they go to that web page (familysearch/help/contact us). The hours shown vary by the person's location. I'm in the Eastern Time Zone and it currently shows 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Sundays for example - two hours later than Mountain Time. And presumably someone in Los Angeles would see 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. due to the hour difference between Pacific and Mountain time zones. I really wish they'd indicate on those pages what time zone they're using for the listings. That would eliminate a lot of confusion.
