Request for translation of a couple of Danish records.
Two records I am hoping to get translations for, I believe them to be siblings, The information for the witnesses is essential as I believe it will allow me to help identify and differentiate between these children’s mother Ann Christensen, and the second spouse of Peder Lauridsen of the same name, Anne Christensen of Buse. Thank you for your support.
FHL Film # 7223640 page 191 of 333, folio 152 Item #3 left side of page, lists parents as Peder Lauridsen and Anne Christensen.

Both christenings have listed Søren Thomasen and Pieter Sørensen in the witnesses. Did you have a death record for the first Anne and then a marriage to the "new" Anne. This would be your best evidence that they are two different people if they are.
A record to consider, 1787 census shows Peder Laursen and Anne Christensdatter, is this the family you are studying? I decided to go to the original census record, not the indexed version. It shows that Mette, Laurs and Anna are from the first marriage, and Marianne and remaining children are from the 2nd marriage.

1779 Christening for Anne indicates her mother was Anne Christensdatter, so this leads us to believe that Peder did indeed marry two women with the same name. https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?bsid=164691#164691,27663506 (left side of the page, third from bottom). What an interesting little trail this is.
