Nordic Conference / Seminar / Webinar / Workshop
Is the Nordic Conference / Seminar this year on Sat Sept 19th only?
(A query of "Nordic Conference" in the wiki search does not bring informative results. Since it is among the most important events of the year, , couldn't it be promoted and made more find-able? )

We have decide to change the Nordic conference a little. Instead of presenting all of our classes and material during one week of the year, we will be having a "Nordic Day" once every quarter. They will be held as webinars and we will record the classes for the learning center.
This allows us to provide you with more classes every year and give you helpful content more regularly. We also hope that this will make the Nordic Conference more accessible to a wider audience.

Ellen, at the "Family History Library Classes and Webinars" Wiki page, under the "Class Schedule" heading, you can click on an available month to view the webinars scheduled. Clicking on September will show a list of all September webinars scheduled, including those that are part of the Nordic Day for this quarter (September 19).

Hi @Ellen Zaifnejad
The Nordic team at the Family History Library also has an email list to notify people of upcoming Nordic webinars. If you want to be added to the list, send an email to: Nordicresearch@familysearch.org

Thanks! Will do.
(It may be sill of me, but I'm hoping these notifications get sent out a month in advance; I like to know about them and plan on them with a friend.)

I will put that on my to do list. I think 1 month out and again at 1 week might be good.
