Hi, I have a marriage record from Portland Oregon 1909 for a couple from Italy but I'm having difficulty identifying the bride's place of birth, I don't find that town in any searches, any ideas? Thank you

I believe its Cartigliano Vicenza. Antenati has some records for this village. You might check those images.​

In my opinion, the indication "Firenze" capitol city in Tuscany, suggests the third solution.

I don't know if it's available in the FS records, but I'd look in that direction.

Confusing COtigliano with CUtigliano for the scribblers of immigration offices around the world is the most common thing

Hello @Rosa Avolio​ Here's my two cents. I think it is Catigliano in Arezzo which is not far from Firenze, which is also mentioned in the document. It belongs to the commune of Anghiari. Bugelli is a surname found in the region. Not quite the same spelling but close. Good luck!
