What in the world is going on here?!?!

I found this Sweden husförhör for my relatives Anders Johannesson and his wife Anna Lisa Bengtsdotter:

There are two children listed (the bottom two kids):

Carl Alfrid born 6 April 1869

Ida Lavina born 3 April 1869

In the parish birth records (https://www.ancestry.com/imageviewer/collections/2225/images/SC-598_100006__46-036600?ssrc=&backlabel=Return), Ida Lavina is born on April 3 to a Lars Johan Andersson and Ingrid Maria Andreasdotter - not at all the parents according to the clerical survey.

Later, with the November births, Carl Alfrid is listed as being born on April 6 to Anders Johannesson and Anna Lisa Bengtsdotter. (https://www.ancestry.com/imageviewer/collections/2225/images/SC-598_100006__46-036900?ssrc=&backlabel=Return)

There is some note on both records referencing to the other.

Also, there is a 1870 death record for Carl Alfrid Andersson here:https://www.ancestry.com/imageviewer/collections/2225/images/SC-600_100006__57-029400?ssrc=&backlabel=Return (entry 66). He is listed as the son of Anders Johannesson and Anna Lisa Bengtsdotter.

What is going on here? Any idea what may have happened and what the notes say?

Ida Laurina clearly does not belong to the family in your first link. Why she is listed here is a mystery; it may simply have been a mistake by the record keeper. This birth record lists Ida Laurina and Carl Alfrid sequentially on the same page: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/00110152_00110#?c=&m=&s=&cv=109&xywh=-69%2C128%2C2393%2C1208 . They appear to be unrelated. I believe that the note under the birth of Ida Laurina (in your record for her birth) is trying to indicate that the birth of Carl Alfrid (birth #23) is listed under birth #75. This record indicates something about "??? at the right place" under Carl Alfrid's name: https://www.ancestry.com/imageviewer/collections/2225/images/SC-598_100006__46-036900?ssrc=&backlabel=Return . His is still birth #23.
