Help with translation, please.
I would like help with the translation for the record number 111 Maria Bambina Boffa. I am especially interested in the handwritten portion on the bottom. There is something about America. From other records I have found it seems the family was in the United States and had several children, but then was back in Italy for the birth of this child. Also, I think the writing in the margin is just certifying the whole years worth of birth records. Is that correct? Thanks in advance.

Wow, that is so weird. The link totally works for me. It won't let me download it, so I took a screen shot. Hopefully, this works.

It says that the birth was registered by Ms ??? (Illegible name), profession "midwife" and not by the father because he was in the States.
