Death Record Translation and identity of Parish from Household Record needed

If I am correctly translating the death record below it is for Anders Andersson, married, died at Ånkersta 9 October 1762, age 41. I can not decipher the cause of death. Thank you.

In the record below I can not determine the name of what I think is the parish next to Kerstin Andersdotter (2nd entry down). Also, I assume it is referring to page 133 in that parish book.

Anders Andersson died at 9 Oct and buried at 17 Oct 1762, age 41, cause of death was vomiting and stomach pain (upkastning och magverk).

 

Second image, yes with Kerstin Andersdotter it is not a parish name, but a page number in that same parish book.
