The image below is the first paragraph of the inventory part of the estate inventory for Arund Eliasson. I am trying to understand what it is talking about...any help? I see January 1722...what happened then? Is this talking about people? property?

If it helps this is what I have as a rough translation of the preamble:

Year 1745 on 24 January came the officals to settle the estate of him who died in December the previous year, dannemannen [parish councilman] Annún Eliasson of Tegen, Dalskog parish. The estate to be settled between widow, Borta Olofsdotter and their stepchildren of the previous marriage, son dannemannen [parish councilman] Elias Anúnsson in Tegen and daughter, Hustru Elin Anúnsdotter or her husband Olof Andersson in Backa together with the deceased Kirstin Anúnsdotter's child, female [Flicka] Marta Andersdotter for which underage child and in behalf of the child and her father, Kirstin's brother, Elias Anúnson appointed guardian [formande]

The personal property was found in the following varieties and value to its associated price in cash 30.16.
