.
Are you referring to individuals/persons whose "Temple" Work has been "Share[d] with the Temple System".
.
There has been a significant change ...
.
Previously, the colour of the Icon for such Work was "Red".
.
Whereas, recently, the colour of the Icon for such Work was changed "Green".
.
Thus ...
Now ...
.
The "Temple" Work that is "Share[d] with the Temple System" CAN be "Reserved" by ANY User/Patron (subject to "Permission Required" for those Less than 110 Years); hence, why the colour changed from "Red" to "Green".
.
The number of colours for the various states of "Temple" Work was reduced to x4 colours.
.
Here is a 'link' to a short article about this the 'FamilySearch' "Blog":
.
Update: June 11, 2020—Fewer Temple Icon Colors
https://www.familysearch.org/blog/en/updates-to-temple-ordinance-reservations/#fewer-colors
.
You can see most of the other recent major changes that have occurred in that "Blog" article.
.
NOT all Members (User/Patron) are happy with the reduction of the number of colours for the various states of "Temple" Work; and, 'FamilySearch' is listening [though 'Feedback' in, this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum; and, in the 'FamilySearch' ("GetSatisfaction") 'Feedback' Forum] and experimenting with some latter changes - it is still a 'work-in-progress' - so, stay tuned.
.
I hope this helps.

If you are seeing relatives in Family Tree with green icons for ordinances that you know for certain have been completed, based on your personal family records, that usually means that there are duplicates in Family Tree that you have not found yet that need to be found and merged in.
