How to use the Consultant Planner

Wondering if the "Planner" is even working. I tried to add someone who is not a member. Sent her the appropriate email through familysearch. Received an email response from familysearch that I can now help her. Went to the "New Planner". She did not show up. I called familysearch. A supervisor was asked to look at my situation. I have not yet received any response or possible resolution.
FYI, I had been helping this person, but then our "contract" expired.
I'm wondering if I will receive a response after this weekend. We shall see.

@Brett . The reason it is no longer called the Consultant Planner is people mistakenly believed that if they weren't called as a consultant they weren't allowed to use the tool to help someone. The features of the Planner are open to all members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for use in their own family tree or for helping others. I would be interested in knowing what you feel has changed with the Planner that makes it no longer intuitive.

@maryrjurgaitis maryrjurgaitis Mary I am going to have one of our engineers reach out to you to identify what is going on. This sounds like a bug if you received a message that the email was sent and the request approved.

Mary, I sent you a message needing some details so I can trace the issue with the planner email. The username used would be necessary
Thank you,
Val
