Someone did a merge of my great-grandfather with one of their ancestors and I am not able to find a way to reverse the merge or restore my ancestor. I have IDs of my ggpa and ggma as well as the false great-grandpa. How can I correct this?
The person who merged them could not provide proof and assumes I will do the corrections necessary. Though, I've now asked them to try.

Sometimes these kinds of corrections require help from the staff as FamilySearch, call them at the number given on the contact us page. Click the help icon to get there.
