I need some clarification from someone who can read these records better than I. I have a birth rec
I also have a death record here: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-L9Q2-6936-G?i=104&cat=2204134 (6th from top) for the death of Angelica as a child. But then I have another death here: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HY-DTK9-KSX?i=71&cc=2139860&cat=107745 (number 70) for Angela Carolina as an adult. I can not find any additional birth records with these parents. Can anyone tell me which death record belongs to this birth record? Many, many thanks! Meg

Hi Meg,
I see that Angelica Carolina was born May 11, 1778.. so when she dies in 1845 = 67 years old as stated on death record. The death of the Angelica without middle name was only 2 yrs old but no year on page to compare her birthdate. Carla

The christening record says: on the 11th of May 1778 was christened Angelica Carolina van Nieuwenhuijse daughter of Jacob and Helena Ottevaere from Wilsbake. Godparents Carl Joseph van Ontrijve and Joanna Theresia Ottevaere . She was born yesterday around 12 midnight.
death record #1 On 30 August 1786 at about 11 am died Angelica van Nieuwenhuijse, daughter of Jacob and Helena Ottevaere, age 2 1/2 years.
This suggest that the child was a sibling of your Angelica Carolina.
death record #2
On 3 July 1845 appeared before us, civil registrar in Ingenmunster , Petrus DeCuijspere, age 32 years, laborer, and Frederik van Outrijve age 64 years, digger, both living here, the first a nephew, the second no relation, and declared that Angela Carolina van Nieuwenhuijse, spinner, age 67 years , here living and born, daughter of the deceased Jacobus and Helena Ottevaere, widow of Josephus van Tomme, has died yesterday afternoon at 4 pm in Wijk A [civil district]

Thank you so much! However, that leads me to another question. I have a baptismal record for another child here: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-L9Q2-6FRY?i=260&cat=2204134 (2nd from the top) named Rosalia ?. Could this be the child who died in death record #1? Meg

I will try. It is Latin.
On the 13th day of June 1784 about 7 pm in the evening, in Ingenmunster, born and baptized the next day, Rosalia Gislena, (van=of) Nieuwenhuijse, daughter of Jacobus from here and Helena Ottevaere from Wilsbake, married and living here: Godparents, Petrus Franciscus Van Der Berghe, resident and anna Maria Wyttenhove, resident, aforesaid declared they could not sign.
Someone please check my work. Carla

Look correct to me.
Just 2 comments: Last names can often have a "Van" in front. The word means "of" or "from", but it is part of the name, so I would not translate it.
It states that Helena Ottevaere is from "Wilsbeke" meaning Wielsbeke.
