Also, from the record the deceased is from the Ballykeel townland in the civil parish of Kilkeel. It is a small town and there appears to only be one Church of Ireland there as noted by Brett above with the Wikipedia link.
Yes, be sure to check out irishgenealogy.ie. They should have records for that time period! Brett gave you lots of good links. Here's some additional info that might help, too.
Here's a church website: https://christchurchkilkeel.org/about-us/ note the contact numbers. Also here's a FB link:https://www.facebook.com/CCKilkeel
Check out the cemetery at: https://www.findagrave.com/cemetery/2423202/kilkeel-old-graveyard
And this library for Church of Ireland may help: https://www.ireland.anglican.org/about/rcb-library/anglican-record-project
Good luck!

irishgenelogy will not have Church of Ireland registers for Kilkeel, County Down, but they will have records of Civil Registrations of non-Catholic marriages 1845-1864, and all other births, deaths and marriages 1864 forward. The usual historical rules apply, 100 years birth, 75 marriages, 50 deaths. Any transcriptions available will most likely be on Ancestry Ireland run by the Ulster Historical Foundation. https://www.ancestryireland.com/
RootIreland ($) will also have transcriptions. Beware of anything
PRONI have a Catalog online of their church holdings but the drawback it is personal research only on microfilm. Some of the same microfilm are available at the National Library Ireland, Dublin.
To expand on A.M. Pile's post - An INDEX to ALL Church of Ireland parish registers is available from the Representative Church Board Library (RCBL). It will tell you exactly the status of every parish in Ireland and where and IF there are any records available. Church of Ireland registers were one of the main archives destroyed in the 1922 disaster. You can download a copy from https://www.ireland.anglican.org/about/rcb-library/online-parish-records It is updated almost yearly as new information becomes available.

@henry tumasz Lots of great clues in that death registration to follow up on. Firstly, William Martin is listed as "married" which means his wife was still alive in 1885.
The informant for the death registration was his daughter, Martha Martin, (her mark = illiterate, Marin = unmarried).
This leads to the 1901 census online free at the National Archives Ireland for any Martins still living in Ballykeel, Kilkeel, County Down. http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Down/Ballykeel/Drumanockan/1240233/
This family was Presbyterian, not Church of Ireland. Any parish (church) information will have to come from Presbyterian Archives. You will want to carefully read the FamilySearch Wiki page on Irish church records to find out how to access these. https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Ireland_Church_Records
A son of William Martin, John married Elizabeth Cousins on the 8th April 1897 at Kilkeel according to the rites of the Presbyterian Church. Their first child, a daughter Susan was born 12 November 1899. Informant on the birth was Jane Cousins. All available on Irish Genealogy as provided by A.M.Pili.
