Help with the translation of a Norwegian birth and baptism record of my 3rd Great Grandmother
Gratefully - it would help the clarity of the family record if we had the exact translation of every word of the birth and baptism record.
It is line 80 of the record at the link below.
https://media.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/9172/44549/25
What I can make out for sure is Birth 22 December and baptised 29 December - Evrything else I am not sure. I am interested in the witnesses names to and the meaning of the number in the 7th column.
Thank you for your help!

#80: Biergithe Larsdatter was born on 22 Dec 1816 and baptized on 29 Dec 1816 . Parents: farmer Lars Hansen [of] Løken and wife Ane Olsdatter. Witnesses: the married Olia Pedersdatter [of] Løken, Marie Embretsdatter ibid [of the same place], Ole Olsen ibid [of the same place], Erich Gundersen ibid [of the same place], Peder Gundersen ibid [of the same place]. Listed in the "almindelige jevnførelses-register" page 687.
When filled out, the "almindelige jevnførelses-register" is a cross-reference of events for a person, sometimes listing the page numbers of multiple church events for that person. However, often it only refers back to the page number of one event, which is the case for Birgithe--she is found in the register on image 269 (linked), but the register only refers back to her baptismal record.
