Rebecca was married to Cecil Verley Ackerman. They had 2 children, my father Cecil Hugh Ackerman and Yvonne Pearl Ackerman. They were all teachers. Rebecca’s father was Joseph William Yancey. His father was Edward Smith Yancey and his father was Col. William Burbridge Yancey.
