Our ward has not developed a TFH plan yet, but hope to soon. Suggestions on everyone's Ward TFH pla

Our ward has created our plan. We used our Area plan and goals for TFH work as our base and built the ward plan from there, with a Vision, Strategy, Plan and measurable metrics to gauge the success of our efforts and initiatives. As an addendum to the plan, we provided the ward council and leadership with "suggested ideas" for accomplishing the various goals, including goals specific to TFHC's. Although all ward plans will have many general similarities, creating the plan is unique to the circumstances of your ward and should be considered prayerfully with the guidance of the spirit. If you like I am willing to share what we developed for our ward with you if that is helpful. Let me know.

We had Lance McIntosh from FamilySearch give a presentation on Organizing Family History in Wards and Stakes at our Utah Valley Technology and Genealogy Group.

I agree with Brett. I took my queue for the design of our ward plan from those very examples shared by FamilySearch to match our unique ward goals. Well thought out plans and presentation format. Definitely worth viewing.

Tanya, please share with me your ward plan. I'm especially interested your measurable metrics to gauge the success of efforts and suggested ideas for accomplishing your various goals.
