I just noticed on my tree that I now have light blue temple icons.
I thought this color blue was only for hints? If I click on this icon of a light blue temple, it tells me the name is in progress. Looking on the color key on the right of the page, it doesn't list this icon. Am I missing something?

The color key should include the icon. As Dennis requested, try to get a screen shot so that it can get fixed.
There are several items that have been cleaned up and release recently in the ordinance handling parts of the site. Once really great ones is that now you can reserve a name and do the work for someone that has already been shared to the temple by somebody else. Obviously the old "Shared with temple you can't reserve it" red icon is no longer meaningful so there was some simplifications done in the icon coloring area (which is where that new blue color came from). If you see a green icon on that ordinance that is shared to the temple, you can reserve it and do the work.
These are quite recent and there are a few quirks still being worked out, but there are some new behaviors relative to color and accompanying text for the ordinance icons.
