Hans Kofod seems to be the father, but after Malene's name I'm reading baarn (child?) of Niels Sigfred Pills. Is she Hans' daughter? Also, what does the writing above Hans name mean. Is the date on the right of the entry the christening?

The christening indicates Hans Kofod is the father of Malene Margrethe, who was carried by Niels Sigfreds Pills wife (abbreviation H for hustru). I'm sorry my vision isn't good enough to read the writing on the left, above in parenthesis). The date is seen on the left as May 15th and then again on the right the Danish Feast Day, 2 Pentecoste.
