Can i export a pdf list of the names and dates of everyone on my family tree?

Short Answer: 'NO'.

There is NO facility/function/feature for a User/Patron to "Print", either, a 'Hard-Copy' (ie. Paper); and/or, Electronic/Digital Copy (eg. PDF or otherwise) one's Ancestral lines in "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch".

There is also NO facility/function/feature for a User/Patron to "Download" one's Ancestral lines in "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch".

The best option is to use one (or, more) of the "Third Party" Applications that are "Certified" to work with "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch", that can be found in the "Solutions Gallery" of "FamilySearch".
