I've got this much:

22. On the 26th of November, Katharina, wife of the local resident and farmer Johann Henrich Orth, née Schmidt, [was buried]; died on Thursday, the 23rd of this month before midday around 8 o'clock; age 61 years, 6 months, and 3 days. No. 18. [probably a house number].
My comment: The note below this is not related to your record and is simply a summary of the deaths/burials which took place in this parish during the year 1815.
