Help with translation of words in Household Record

I'd like a translation of the words before Nils Petterson , born 1695 (3rd line down), and the full line below that for Janna[?], born 1669.

Could you supply us a link to the record or at least the parish, book, and page number where it can be found? It really helps with difficult records to be able to see the entire page with other entries. I can tell you that the woman's name is "Susanna".

I am not able to decipher all the words here. But this is what I can get:

 

gamle ______________ Nils Pettersson

old _________________ Nils Pettersson

 

_____ siuka och många år sängliggande h[ustru] Susanna

_____ sick and many year bedridden wife, Susanna

It just occurred to me that the word just before "siuka" may be "ga" which is probably an abbreviation for "gamle", ie "old".
