World War II Draft Registration records listed are separately by state in many cases but not New Jer
Why are there no World War II Draft Registration records listed separately under New Jersey or New York, whereas they are listed separately under many other states? The only state whose name begins with "New" that has them listed separately is New Mexico.

Ben, what website identifies the Draft Registration on a state by state basis?

FamilySearch has collections for 27 of the states and territories such as Alaska, Hawaii, New Mexico, etc. But for many states that aren't broken out by the state itself, one has to look in the United States World War II Draft Registration Cards, 1942. So, for example, for New York draft registration cards one must search in the U.S. collection. Has FamilySearch just not gotten around to the states such as New York and New Jersey? In the Catalog New York is listed as its own collection but not New Jersey yet New York is not listed as its own collection under Historical Records. If one looks for New Jersey one of the results is the United States World War II Draft Registration Cards, 1942, but NewJersey does not have its own collection.
