![Marie Meldrum](https://us.v-cdn.net/6032564/uploads/defaultavatar/nV1A3AXEPLQA3.jpg)
Rough translation:
Number 63
Eberswalde, the 29 January 1965
Martha Auguste Kohlberg née Pusch residing in Eberswalde, Oderberger Str. 08, died on 10 December 1964, 18 o’clock, 30 minutes in Eberswalde, Oderberger Str. 08
The deceased was born 11 November 1888 in Dabelow, Kreis Neustrelitz.
The deceased was allegedly widowed.
Verbally Indicated by Anneliese Appelt, residing in Eberswalde.
The indicating has been identified by identity card.
Read, approved and signed
Head of the civil registry office
Another question: Is this the correct listing for Dabelow (from Meyers) for 1888 for Martha?
Dabelow, Mecklenburg-Strelitz, Germany
Her middle name is Auguste in this record, but Augusta in her marriage record (https://search.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/sse.dll?viewrecord=1&r=an&db=MeckenburgParish&indiv=try&h=22064022) Do I just need to note an alternate name in Family Search or is it possible that this is a different Martha? Her name (excerpt for spelling) and birth date and place match the marriage record.

Hello Marie,
You did an excellent job of translating this record. I would make just three very minor edits which don't affect the understanding of this record at all :
Number 63
Eberswalde, the 29 January 1965
Martha Auguste Kohlberg née Pusch residing in Eberswalde, Oderberger Str. 08, died on 10 December 1964, 18 o’clock, 30 minutes 6:30 p.m. in Eberswalde, Oderberger Str. 08
The deceased was born 11 November 1888 in Dabelow, Kreis Neustrelitz.
The deceased was allegedly widowed.
Verbally Indicated by Anneliese Appelt, residing in Eberswalde.
The indicating informant has been identified by identity card.
Read, approved and signed
Head of the civil registry office
Another question: Is this the correct listing for Dabelow (from Meyers) for 1888 for Martha?
Dabelow, Mecklenburg-Strelitz, Germany <------YES (and it is one of the drop-down choices in "Family Tree".)
Re: middle name Auguste
Actually, in the marriage record, the name is also spelled "Auguste". Look very closely and compare the first "a" in "Martha" with the "e" at the end of the name "Auguste" and you can see that the letters are different. This is definitely the same person in both the 1965 death record and the 1911 marriage record.
But, even if one record said "Auguste" and another record said "Augusta", this is definitely not a game-changer if all the other evidence supports that this is the same person.
Keep up the good work!
