Death Record No. 73, Wieczfnia Kościelna Parish, of Bronisława Szymańska, who died in Windyki on 20th July 1899, death reported on 21st July 1899, she was born in Windyki and lived 3 weeks, daughter of Edward and Tekla, born Chmielewska, married couple Szymański. Death reported by Edward Szymański, a servant, 44 years old, and Jozef Nawacki, a farmer, 60 years old. After confirming with my own eyes the death of Bronisława Szymańska, this record was read to those reporting the death and it was signed by the Priest.

Please note the birth record of Bronisława Szymańska in Geneteka, born 14th July 1899, born in Windyki, Wieczfnia Kościelna Parish, daughter of Edward Szymański and Tekla Chmielewska. There is a discrepancy as according to birth record and death record, Bronisława lived 6 days, less than one week, not three weeks, problem probably due to Polish-Russian communication problem.
