Death Record No. 3, Tłokinia Parish, Kalisz, Wielkopolska, Poland, of Józefa Kura, who died in Tłokinia on 15th January 1869, at 5 pm, death reported on 17th January 1869 at 5 pm, she lived three weeks, she was born and lived with her parents in Tłokinia, she was daughter of Marcin Kura and of his wife, Balbina, born Kliber. Death reported by Marcin Kura 30 years old, and Marcin Gaszewski, 40 years old, farmers from Tłokinia. After confirming with my own eyes the death of Józefa Kura, this record was read and signed.
