Frustrated guest

I am a support missionary and I had a guest who was very frustrated because he still has the old page for uploading a GEDCOM. Is there anyway that he can have the new CET option? He uploaded his Gedcom, and it is just showing that it is comparing. The page also does not have a Feedback button. Thanks.

    @Carol Lou Hill I just received information from the engineering team that there was a system error that prevented some GEDCOMs from uploading. They should all be processing now.
