Translation:
On the 23rd of January [1731] a little boy died and on the 25th was buried. His parents: Clauss Muser and Sara Brombacher. The mother lay in labor for 6 days. A doctor from Basel finally took the child from her, which was emergently-baptized, and in 10 hours died again, and was buried at the prayer service, briefly mentioning the circumstances.
