I already have a death record for a Katarzyna in 1821 but it doesn't seem correct - it is missing details of parents etc. - as is this one - hopefully there is something to confirm I have the correct one.

Death Record No.14, Rychnów Parish, Kalisz, of Katarzyna Chałczyńska, who died in Rychnów on 5th October 1853 at 9 am, death reported on 7th October 1853 at 11 am, she was 80 years old, a widow, tenant farmer, born and living in Rychnów, daughter of Sapilak couple, parents unknown to those reporting the death, both already deceased. Death reported by Józef Janas, 40 years old, and Sebastian Janczak, 50 years old, both farmers from Rychnów.

Brilliant, thank you very much. I now know that the previous death record I had was for this Katarzyna's sister in law (also Katarzyna) and this relates to her, albeit that the surname Sapilak is a newbie.
