Hello @Douglas3983 ,
Translation:
Left margin: Antonius Conen from Driesch.
On the 2nd of this month about six o'clock in the evening was born and on the ______? of the same month was baptized: Antonius Conen, legitimate son of Math[ias] Conen and Anna Margaretha Thomas, spouses and citizens from Driesch. The godparents were Antonio Menzer from Eller and Elisabetha Thomas from Driesch.
My comments: I can't decipher the word at the end of the first line which begins "alter" of which a few letters at the end may have been lost at the edge of the page much like the letters missing at the end of the father's forename directly below this. The child was likely baptized either the same day as the birth or the next day. Hopefully another community volunteer can decipher this for you.
From Meyers Gazetteer:
Driesch:
Eller:

Well, some sort of trouble with my PNG file. I took a screen grab from a document someone sent me but it keeps getting rejected by this platform.
I'll have to mess around with the file and try again. Apologies everyone…

You're very welcome, @Douglas3983. It's always good for me to try my limited Latin skills with straight-forward records such as this one.
